Emptyness

Its amazing how a place can change and what a place can look like with out people. Normally in the picture above there are hundreds of people walking around, eating and conversing. Now its empty. It makes me think of the ebb and flow of our lives. We have moments of fulfillment and moments of emptiness. We live a life of inconsistency and change. It makes me rejoice and sit in wonder of the constancy of our God.

How often do we rely on the lives of those arounds us. Do we take for granted those things around us. Or like in this picture do we only notice them when they are gone?
